William Stuart and Nicholas M’Donagh guilty of breaking into the dwelling house of Richard Hill in the parish of Harborne on 4th December 1765; and stealing therefrom a gun (valued at 20/-).  Also sentenced to death for a burglary in the dwelling house of Charles Leedham in the parish of Sheriffhales on 10th October 1765: stealing therefrom a watch with silver cases (valued at £3), a pair of stone studs set in silver (valued at 1/-), a ring (valued at 1/-), 3 pieces of foreign coin (with a value of 6/-) and £6 in money numbered.
